Home Visits

If you are too ill or infirm to attend the surgery a home visit may be requested. Please telephone on 771707 before 10.30am where possible, giving details of the problem to enable the doctor to assess the urgency of the visit. 

The doctor is available for emergencies during normal office hours on the above number. It is possible at busy times that the Practice nurse may contact you to assess priority or need for a visit.

You can be visited at home by a community nurse if you are referred by your GP. You should also be visited at home by a health visitor if you have recently had a baby or if you are newly registered with a GP and have a child under five years.
